since everyone is talking about working out, and you're trying to get your abs, drink whey protein shakes. i've been trying to get abs too and the results are so much better and faster. if you drink it before a workout, you wont be tired after it. just a suggestion :}

its good to see another dude on the same mission as me, i need to be more motivated though, went for a run at 6am before school the other day and felt amazing but for the rest of the week i was a lazy shit and turned my alarm off... saw your workout page and read through, got motivated today and cycled 4 miles to the local gym and did a 2 hour session feels so good, cheers bro!
